Park Prep - Fences & Banners Up
Saturday, March 31, 2018 @ 9:30 am (till about 12 pm)
Putting up the home run fences on all 3 diamonds at the Park. Make our fields the best shape possible and lookin' good for the Spring Ball Season!
-weed and edge our infields,
-bring sand in to level infields and reshape the pitching mounds,
-install the scoreboard on the Pee Wee (North) field,
-clean up in and around the stands from all the leaves and branches that have fallen from the trees,
-clean dugouts,
-hang banners on the backstops, and
-everything else that needs to be done that day.
Tools to bring if you have 'em:
-for fence installation, we need 1/2 and 9/16 deep sockets with wrench,
-2 wheelbarrows,
-shovels and grass rakes and any other tool that you think may help,
-ladders, and
-gloves for delicate hands

Wrap Up Party - Saturday June 16th 2018 Nanaimo Park (North Diamond)
VMBA- 1st Park Clean up Day TBA Start time 9:00 am (Nanaimo Park)
Taking down the home run fence on the Lower diamond(where the Bantam, Midget & Junior play) at the Park.
-clean up the park again, ready it for fall play.
-take down sponsor & league banners on the backstops,
- Clean up garbage tokes & put them away.
Tools to bring if you have them:
-for fence take down, we need 1/2 and 9/16 deep sockets with wrench,

Movie Night for the youth of VMBA. Movie to go on during AGM, childcare provided.
